ID Please

My brother bought this plec this afternoon but not sure exactly on the breed.
Was sold as a L21 - L23 which according to the profiles is a Common. I thought it looked more like a chocolate, but he said they were selling chocolates there for a higher price. I've seen a fair share of commons before but not this small so I wouldn't know. Thought I'd ask the experts

Chocolate (albino) form of Common. P. pardalis.

EDIT: Shouldn't really be sold as an L# for a number of reasons:
1) Its a man-made form.
2) Its a scientifically described species.
Looks like seller simply taking advantage of the L# craze. Hope it wasn't too much as they are quite common (well at least in this part of the world, think they come from SEA).
