heya all I've just been out to buy some MBUNA for my MBUNA tank and whilst was at close friends house he had just bought a new tank and it came with a pleco , he knows i like my plecos so he asked me if i wanted it , they guy sold the tank with the plec inside and told him he payed 35 for him could people tell me what it is i thought was a gold nugget !

Hypan of sorts is my guess. Definitely not GN, no gold seams.
Mouth shot would help as well if you could get it.

Snowball is a name used to cover around 5 fish.

I myself am guessing its a Hypan.

and would plumb for Hypancistrus contradens.
This fish is a lovely fish I have spawned them quite some time ago i think I still have a few fry dotted around the fish house .
They do like soft dark water low PH and a sandy rocky substrate. feed mainly on small inverts and some greens.
