interpet heater

hi,i have a interpet heater in my edge and ive noticedthat some of the small black dots have fallen off (the dots are on the heated bit of the heater)
now im not saying fish are daft but would they try and eat it?
ive sucked up what i can see when doin water changes.

They shouldn't eat it as it won't smell like a food source to them. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

good,cos i noticed today that most of the dots are missing.

I have a Juwel heater in one of my shrimp tanks and when I've had ancistrus in there I noticed some of the dots came off the heater and were laying on the sand. They were all whole dots so I don't think it ate them.

lol, sell the dots on ebay and see what you get for them....
