hi. i'm looking for help/advise to help my leopard sailfin pleco. he's 6 years old. i thought he was constipated, now with white stringy poop, i think it's infection or dropsy. he's eating but lumpy near anal gland area. is this a wierd thread?!

1. Any chance of a photo ?
2. Could be worms or possible constipation.
3. Do you have any medications available ?
4. For constipation you will find a bloated stomach and it is good to treat with blanched peas and do not over feed.
How big is the tank, what do you usually feed him and also any other fish in the tank
