Kissing Gourami?

Got a little short bodied kissing gourami as a contaminent in a bunch of convict feeders. I've never had one before would he do well in a SA community tank with some pink cons, smaller plecs, cories, Cae, and some black skirt tetras? The other option is to put him in my Cichlid tank with some semi agro CA/SA's.

I've had a 3" kissing gourami in with my cichlids - lots of nasties in there ie large oscar, pike cichlid, green terrors - no one has ever bothered with him. I reckon he'll be fine

Thanks Dillon, I'm gonna keep it in the QT tub with the baby cons for a couple weeks, he's only 1.5-2" right now so I think too small for my agro tank yet. The net seems to have conflicting reports about their personality, How was yours for aggression/fin nipping?

nice fish, not sure if they like to be alone or with company of the same, many gourami like another for company - so maybe look for another one -lol!
