L104 and breeding - tankmates?

Hi all
i have a trio of panaque maccus L104 (or whatever their number is now :hi housed with a pr of peppermints and a couple 397 in a 3ft tank. I would like to have a go at breeding them. My question is, should i move them to their own tank (2ft) to maximise chances? or leave them in with the peppermints and move out the 397 considering they are panaque aswell?

im fairly confident there is 1m-2f maccus

any other words of wisdom or advise on spawning these little guys?

pretty easy answer mate... put them on their own in their own tank

I agree, own tank would be best, could have a few small cories if you wish but no other plecs.
