ok i think i am being over parionoid but after losing a treasured bn to bloat.... i dont think you could blame me.

Can you guys n girls confirm of deny my l135 worm line spncer reid is ok? Sorry for dogy shots but he didnt stay still....

Offhand I'd say just being a pig. However, the thing that gets me a bit concerned is the redness. Try reducing the feeding & see what happens, but be prepared to treat if need be.

On a side note, is that a plant root on the filter strainer?
Do you quarantine new fish before introducing to the tank?

No I don't have a spare tank to q them bad practice I know did do a health check before hand , , , I think the rednes is ph which has been lowered since picture taken, I hpe it is neway! Yeah is plant route, due to rusty pleco having a mad one. Re pig- he is always stuffing his face!

Bloating is a symptom of pH shock however if your fish has settled in & was feeding I doubt it was pH related. Actually you may cause more issues by adjusting the pH than if you had simply allowed it to adjust. A stable pH is far more important than one that is "perfect".

yeah if it has been in there for a while it is proberly just a bit of glutton feeding, found this with my sailfin as he bullys other of the algae wafers and cucumber and ends up eating this all.

Thanks guys- have not fed them today. Re; ph I adjusted it a week ago and it has since returned to its normal ph so I probably up set him and i'm thinking he is also a pig! Thanks again and I Won't be messing with ph again. Respect cole
