L397 stuff up

Well was thinking its about time i cleaned the L397 tank it was a little dirty and the PH was 6 so i went like a bat out of hell to clean it.
Pulled all the wood out started to remove the caves. Some fish were in the caves but once i tipped them up they fell out untill the last cave picked it up fish didnt fall out.So i did the wrong thing and he fell out along with a clump of eggs and 3 wrigglers.:wb:

Well it was a bitter/sweet feeling.
Was not happy i kicked the male and eggs out but happy to know i have a female and the male must of looked after the eggs

Neato. Perfect time to grab eggs when they are just hatching like that too. Less chance of losing eggs to fungus.

Once they a few days old its not so easy to get little suction cupped mouths off the inside of a log.

Males got plenty of time now to get out, have a good feed and be ready to court the ladies again.
