Long leaves

Hi all,3 of my plants are growing very well, it's just some off the leaves have got very very long now.they are now going brown, not dyin they look fine it's just the colour of them.the rest of the plant is green.
now should I remove the very long leaves or just let them grow and get longer?

mate if there getting too long cut them
if they look ugly cut them
but if there new plants and there not doing very well hold out alittle longer

if there are 3 stems cut 1 see how it goes 10 stems cut 3
