Marine Pleco or Loach?

Hi people,

I was wondering if one of you kind lot would I.D this I saw in my LFS yesterday?

The guy at the shop says it's a Pleco of some sort but no idea which one, and that TMC didn't even have a Latin name for it.

So sorry about the rubbish pictures but I only had my phone for taking them.
