Metal tube stand question / problem solved

Hi

I set up a new tank 200 gal, long story short I forgot to slip the plywood under and I noticed way after the fact.

So should I remove all the fish drain the tank and slip the wood under as we lift it? Or can I get away with no wood and I can add gravel and wood? I'm worried the bottom will blow out. The bottom is tempered if that matters. It also has a thick trim on the bottom but no center brace on the bottom.

Is there foam under it? Are all four sides of the tank supported by metal? If yes no problem. If No - drain it.

can you post photo? hard to tell if tank will be ok without seeing how it is supported. a lot of tanks have nothing under the glass as long as all 4 edges well supported.

If it's still an empty glass box I would lift and put the ply/foam under there.. that's a heck of a puddle if it happens to break..

All four sides are flush with the top of the stand were the tank sits. There is absolutely no overhang on any of the sides.

I'm going to use eggcrate inside the tank to disperse the weight.

Pain in the butt but no way would i have a tank without wood and foam under it, even of moderate size let alone 200gal.

I'm going to empty it and slip the plywood and rigid foam under it.
