It may be water conditions or insufficient food...Is it a new tank? if so, how long has it been set up? and do you water test? If you do, can you post up your readings?...Try and give us as much info as you can...If there is anything your not sure about, please ask.

have you got plenty of oxygen in the tank? I have found that these fish are very sensitive to oxygen levels even when compared to other bn's- also what size are they? Are they new? Like Derek said be as detailed as possible . I had one breeding pair that produced defective fry because they where brother and sister and i suspect they came from a very closed gene pool and this was the problem (this is why i ask is they are new).
I found that if they are not eating put them in a saver at the top of the tank where there is more oxygen (i think well it heped for some eason anyway!) and put food with them to monitor them closely. Again like derek said they might not be able to get to the food because of your other fish.

Keep us informed and hope this may help.

again not knowing tank size and hundreds of endlers I would also suggest oxy deprivation, food deprivation and poss bad water. Can you give us you water change amounts, tank size, filter and feeding ? I would suggest to drop in pellet food after lights out for them to feed on. Also watch out that they do not eat to much protein based foods which the endlers also like. cheers jk
