Hi All

Rescued this little guy from being flushed by a neighbour (thanks to their son) about 5 weeks ago. He(?) is about 3" at the moment.

Great pics Steve, as usual.
how come the neighbours were going to flush him?
As I gathered from the young lad that turned up on my doorstep with the 190 in a coffee mug - They have a little (?) tank with goldfish, Aunt turns up for a visit and presents them with the 190, I'm guessing it went like "Oh lovely thanks very much" little plec gets chucked in with the goldfish. When she leaves the "ugly thing" gets fished out and was going down the toilet. Fortunately the lad is a friend of my son and has seen my tank and the plecs I have and brought it round to me.

Now you know what shops down here are like, dont think I've ever seen a royal in a local shop so god knows where it came from, looked in a bad way sunken eyes and belly and TBH I almost didnt take it as I didnt expect it to make it.

Amazing what good water and food can do though :woohoo:
