Was labeled as "Columbian Spotted Pleco" Im new and have researched to find out that he could be something else since this name isn't really a good name. Any ideas from the experts?

Cause I like what you done high ph substrate but plenty of driftwood !

Gold Spot Sailfin Pleco, is this one that gets huge?? He is in a 75 gallon with only sand and driftwood, some anubias tied to the driftwood, a patch of riccia and some potted sword plants. He is in with 5 festivum cichlids im growing out, 11 black neon tetras and probably 10 corydoras, oh and one other clown pleco. Ph 7.4 kh around 3 I would say.
