Need Help Please!

My Female Pepp had white milkyness around one of her eyes about 5 days ago (she is in a tank with dad as well as over 30 babies) so i treated it with some trisulfar this seemed to have done the trick however i came home today and over half of there fry are dead and the mum now has both eyes with the milky whiteness around both eyes...... I am going to try Melafix however can anyone else help me out here on what this could be and how to treat it please!:wb:

AND i think that becuase i put the dosage in for an adult i have killed the babies (which i didnt even think about when putting in the trisulfar) i just wanted to cure her

Is the water clean? How often do you water change and how much?

Last one was done on Friday 20% I do one every week. PH is at around 6.4

and i have done another water change this morning 50%

Do you know your water parameters?
What type of filtration are you using?
How big is the tank?
Do you have substrate in the tank? What kind? How much (how deep a layer)?
