New Breeding Rack 6 foot long - Need your input

Hello All,

I am going to build a new 7ft long x 6ft high breeding rack.
My plan is 3tier, top one to hold 4ft tank for water change.
middle and lower will only be 6ft max, as I want to use 1foot on side for individual eheim cannisters.
My initial though for lower and 2nd tier is
1 level 2 x 3ft x 16 x 16 tank ( one 3ft possible with divider in it )
2 level 1 x4 ft x 16 x 16 and 1 2ft x 16 x16.
or should I go all 3ft in both levels.
this to keep L377, L004, L134 and L270.

Any ideas or thoughts on my 6ft length and how to split the tanks ?
It is driving me nuts.
