Its for announcing and plugging any competitions that run on this forum, also for announcing the winners of the competition.
All competitions will run in their appropriate forum, ie the Photo comp will be held in the photo forum but can be announced, plugged, advertised in this forum too. This is a step to help support the comps and make members more aware that there is a competition running.
