new L135?

Hello guys and girls

Was wondering if you could d help me to identify my me l135- I read on another thread that an underside shot helps so will add one asap but could some one explain this passage of writing to me and what out would look like

males develop small teeth like odontodes (looked this word up but could find no explanation) which adorn the leading pectorial fin rays "

The front edge of the pecktorals (large fins just behind gills - "arms") will have a small (sometimes large) *****ly texture. I'll see if I can find a pic.
