Nitra-zorb sponge pouch?

I put one into my filter, and all of a sudden the pouch threw out a huge cloud of nitra-zorb powder. -.- is this going to kill my fish? I hope not because I DID rinse it off before I put it in? Any help guys n girls? <---worried. -.-

never had any experience with it, but i'd guess that it should be ok.
Its obviously not toxic, so the only concern would be either the fish eating it, or it clogging the filter, but i doubt either of these would happen

thanks Scatz I appreciate it, they seem okay so far! It was just a dust cloud, so no actual clumps, its all cleared out now, so it either settled, absorbed with the nitrite, ammonia, or nitrate, or got filtered :dk:. I'll keep you posted! Thanks :thumbup:
