Peat moss/Indian almond leaves for breeding L134 & peppermints

Hi,

I am just after everyones thoughts. I've bred the Peps before but lost my best female. Haven't had fry since & still trying to trigger the L134's http://www.plecoplanet.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6470
I have eheim peat moss in a net bag & was thinking of buying Indian almond leaves

Cheers thanks. I'll start using the peat moss tonight
& buy some Indian leaves.
I just wanted to make sure as I put a plant fertilizer into a cichlid tank once and literally watched my electric blues float to the top & die!! haha

indain leaves are good for general health anyway. so i always have a few in the cupboard (dont always remember to put them in the tanks --lol)
