The Peppermints breed for me - The male only just got used to it.
The one the females chose wasn't fertilising or looking after the eggs - 3 or 4 clutches got booted and went white while I looked after them - and Ive cared for hundreds of clutches before, so that tells me that he didn't even fertilise them.
The babies Ive got atm, are he's first success and are "almost" ready for their new homes.
I bought Pairs and Spares of the L333 - From someone who needed to move them on - they've breed for them - but still settling into my conditions.
Im focusing on fattening them up - and cycling them for a while until they spawn
The L333 are extremely active - and love the set up.
Since the pictures Ive put the powerhead across the front, with an airline attached -
It hopefully makes them feel like home..
Oxygen / Heat / rapids / wood / Stone / Caves / hiding ledges, not too heavy water, and soft water changes to cool down.
