is there any way to make uploading photos easier?or being able to upload straight into a thread?..i use another site where it is so quick to upload straight into a thread...even i can do it!!!

we did use the manage attachments method before we had the gallery, i guess its what ever you're used to really, as when we did it that way, a lot of people found it confusing:dk:, will have a chat with Lisa and Russ and get back to you

I don't think its possible but ill find out. You do know you can add the photo straight to the thread without going to gallery by using the add image button under the smilies?

the only thing with the add image is that you can only add images already online...not direct from my pc..if u know what i mean..

its easy to upload your pics to the gallery, then we have them to build up a good photo gallery of as many species as we can, there are plans afoot to start compiling a plec database where we will need as many pics of each species as we can get, if they are posted directly from your pc, we dont have them to add.
