platinum angel spawn

woo hoo my platinum angels spawned last night for the first time and the eggs are still here this morning :woohoo: , now what do i do, should i move the eggs to a fry saver so my plecs dont eat them. i have a few L066 about 1.5 cm in my fry trap, would these eat the eggs?

i always go for the leave them alone approach, do angels protect eggs?, if so, i doubt any plec will get near the eggs to eat them

They might, my plecs ate all my bn eggs that were kicked out by dad:dk:

but the bn dad kicked them out, my meaning was, if the parents protect the eggs and young like my geo's do, then the plecs dont stand a chance of eating the eggs

the parents seem to be sticking close to the eggs at the mo so for the time being i will leave them where they are, if the parents start to eat the eggs i will rescue as many as i can and put them in my fry saver

The parents are very protective, every now and then we have some lay at work and they will bite your hand if you put it in.
Id leave them angels are very particular so your better off leaving to chance so they can better raise the fry next time if they don't succeed this time.
Another thing is the fry are quite useless once they hatch, they really require the parents to move them to a safe place, often putting fry in there mouths to relocate a fry saver would be just as safe but in order to better the parents it would be best they did it.

thanks guys, most of the eggs look to have fungussed but i may be wrong, the parents are still protecting them so will see how it goes
