Please help me ID this rare crowned Pleco

I saw this guy at my lfs and had a good giggle. Thought you might enjoy.

Do you laugh at people with athlete's foot or exzima?

Lighten up. I felt bad for him but it is still an endearingly cute fungus placement. He must have scraped his head on something. I love plecs and fish very much, I didn't mean it in a cruel or sick way. It is now being treated because I was able to spot it.

It's not every day you see something like that.
