Can you please help me sex this 397. Its 10 cms in length. Very little hair. Pics are of the same fish. Would be very grateful for any input. Thanks.

No, no luck.
Their in a tank with a trio of peppermints that are breeding constantly and there's about 100 juvie peppermints swarming around the tank as well. Its a bit chaotic. Not in any rush with them anyway. Will put them in their own tank when I get to it. Have some others that I'm concentrating on at the moment.

It could just be that you need to put some more caves in tank?
