Hi everyone,
OK, long story short, mum's tank has started to leak - this kicked off pretty late last night and is just a slow leak at this stage, but it's only going to get worse. I've managed to scrape her off the ceiling, and I'm taking the afternoon off work to go and help, but it looks as though she's going to need me to home the fish. I have room, but one of the fish is a very shy skunk loach, and I have never kept loaches before. Feeding and water parameters not an issue (our tank parameters are pretty much the same), but I need to check it will get on OK with my existing fish. Haven't decided the best tank for it yet, but these are the following tank mates I need to take into consideration:
Rio 180 - Bristlenose plec & rams (option 1)
Rio 300 Common plec & corys (option 2)
All my fish are pretty peaceful - the rams squabble amongst themselves, but ignore everyone else. Are any of these fish a no-no?
The rest of her fish are tetras, so these will easily slot into a couple of my tanks. What a nightmare...
