Hello,
I’m new to tropical fish keeping and have a concern over my candy striped plecos.
They have most been fine since their introduction to the tank. A little shy and hiding away (as I think is to be expected) but since getting home from work this evening - they have been stuck to the top of the tank. It almost looks like they are a little out of the water. There should be more than enough oxygen in the tank.
I’ve seen them do this on an evening for a little while but not sure a sustained period like this.
Can anyone suggest why this might be happening and if this should be a concern? These guys are my favourites and really don’t want to lose them!
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
