Poor thing

My long fin bristlenose died last night he hate like blood spots on his eye and head for a couple of days.which didnt seen to phase him till the last days.what could of it been

oh dear so sorry, no idea, my best guess would be some infection after a fight. what other fish are in the tank, is he the only male plec?

Maybe a bacterial infection.

Was it fatter than normal when it died?

arh not really i feed him really well.there are a few fish 1 female same size 3 other bristle noses 2 orange spotts and a commen but there tiny compared to him he was about 13cm long.there was electric yellows and bolivian butterflys but they havent herrased the rest
