Possible C.sychri?

Hi All,
Any idea what cory species this might be? I got this fish(lone fish) from a fellow hobbyist whom is giving up the hobby.No idea what this was tag as or the collection point.
Much appreciated in advance.

sychri looks a good bet! I think these are found in the same locale as atropersonatus, which again is similar.

Very nice fish, might be difficult to find any friends for it though! Like most cory's it'll be happy shoaling with other species.

Thanks Mark.Yes,beautiful fish.The C.sychri always got me somewhat confused with some publications,website photos showing variable forms.

Thanks for the feedback stumac.You might be right. The snout is a bit too "beak" like for a sychri...again..i am not sure.

C. sychri ?

I think you have a C97. C53 is similar but with a saddle (Curved) snout
