I took these about a week ago or so. I had them up but my photobucket album messed up and they were gone.

These were taken after I dropped in their tabs for the day along with some carrots and white potato earlier.

This 27 and a few others are very odd. When they're not stressed they're greenish gold in colour. When stressed they turn very goldish yellow. They look better stressed.

I wouldn't be surprised if you guys will see some 27's there soon. At least the xingu type. Here they're are becoming just as cheap as 190's

6"-7" xingus are going for $70 that's $430 dollars cheaper than two months ago.

Well now with the dam on hold again maybe it will be for good and the prices of all plecs will drop e en lower.

I just hope the dam never gets the go ahead again!

yes ... its a long story but i hope customs and aqis can agree on certain legislation under discussion currently
it may allow a lot more species in to more countries
