hi guys just wondering if it is safe to use bushrock or sandstone in my tanks with my bristlenose??

A general rule of thumb when adding rock to a tank is to first do the "Vinegar test" which is basically run some white vinegar over the stone and look for a reaction such as white foaming like you'd get from putting peroxide on a wound. If this happens, I wouldn't use it as it likely contains limestone or calcium carbonate which can increase the dissolved CO2 in your water as well as mess with your Ph.
