Agree with Irene plus number 2 looks to have a bit of a male head as well.
Number one looks pretty close to being ready to lay eggs.
Watch the big male; if he's too rough on females you may have to remove him. The bigger they get the more cranky they seem to be.

Not sure if you can sex them by their behaviour.

No.1, I see this fish hiding in caves.
No.2, hide in caves
No.3 and No.4 fish, they hide in driftwoods and not caves
No.5, never see this fish hide in caves.

Also, the seller told me these catfish are 3.5 years old.
