sexing l46 need help!

hi.. i have a L46 pleco that i need to find out the sex... here is a pic.. lmk thanks in advance...

head shape could be female, but hair on front fins suggest a male to me.

what size is your 046 ??? and a possible side photo will be a big help too

it is about 2.5 iches... i got some side pictures of it up... hopefully tat will help with identifying its sex...

side shots suggest female. maybe he/she needs to fatten up a bit more before can be sure

i think shes a girl... male at that size normally shows strong male characteristics with cheek odontode and head shape....

i would also agree withh bigjohnno, however may I also say, that lady fisah has got some stunning shape, colour and markings are perfect. A really nice looking one you have. cheers jk :thumbup:
