size of tank

Ive been talking to a few members about my issues with my two common plecs, first just want to say thanks to them for a nice welcome and good advice! i was told 5 to 6 foot is ideal for two plecs...ive so far had no luck at all ive not even seen one for sale at all...how long would a 4"foot tank hold them nicely for? As theres a few knocking around and tips on were to look for tanks, id get a 6 foot one if i could fine one thanks again x

Ill remember that site ive never seen it before, thanks for the links, some are a little far (4-5 hours away) ive been in contact with someone, £250 for 6 foot tank, stand, heater, filter, gravel, ornaments, two florescent bulbs...its currently housing 4 plecs so its just add water and fish! Ive never had to start up a large tank...nowhere near! Can anyone recomend any safety procedures or can i put them in within a few days if waters all good? So excited! Gunna change the gravel to sand again they love it...sell the oraments too for more wood and overall a more natural look. going at 4pm tomorrow for it, hopefully all goes well :woohoo:
