Smell of seachem prime... Is it mean't to smell like..

A dirty strippers thong, that has fallen down the back of a radiator and been kept warm for a weekend?

I mean, I normally use aqua safe, it has no smell. But picked this up instead. I know it mentions the hydrosulfite salts. But to me it smells like I've brought a bottle of butt crack!

I also recently switched from Tetra to Prime. It does have a wiff but it does say on the bottle that the smell is normal.

yep, i nearly gagged the first time i used it, now i only gag everynow and then while i'm using it. pmsl

Prime is proper good smelly stuff.

I use it to interrogate my kids if one of them has done something wrong and they wont tell me who it was:lol:
One of them always caves in after a waft of the stuff.
