Spinach

hi all,the missis has this with her dinner,can,t stand the stuff me,
ive seen it on the vegie list for plecs.
does it need cooking or can it go in the tank from the bag?

I put some in a jug and then pour the kettle over it.

tends to turn to mush quite easy.

From the point of veg I use a fork to hold down the more solid types of veg

I have used a "VEGGIE CLIP" to hold this sort of stuff down at times

I feed raw spinach leaves, my plecs like them

well the blanched one fell to bits so ive just tryed a raw one on a screwumber.

well its a big hit with ned (L081) he loves it,nearly finished the whole leaf..:woohoo:
perry (L134) has,nt touched it.

L134 is more happy with meat
I do slip a Prawn and some veggies on a fork soak in some garlic and drop it in to my L134 tank
