hi all,ive noticed some strange white things, like eggs, on my bog wood in my tank.the white things wern,t there yesterday.here are some pics:

only the bit on the left of the wood.

there is a group of around 6 in a line on some wood at the back of the tank,i can,t get a pic off that.
any ideas?
could thy be snail eggs of some sort?
i have 4 zebra, and some long pointy ones that live in the sand, can,t remember name, and some that look like pond snails.
7 neons,1 betta,L134 and L081.
and there not sand, thay won,t shift.

if they are stuck on the wood they sound like eggs, if they move on the wood they could be a louse or something.
the point snails in the sand are probably MTS and they dont lay eggs.
typical pond snails lay a cluster of tiny eggs in jelly, not single eggs.
can you get more pics, see if they change loction at all.

They are nerite snail eggs, they may hatch but the young wont survive in freshwater for long, they need brackish.
