Hey guys and girls! Great website, love it!
I currently have a 2ft tank with an L001 Pleco (10cm) and an L083 Pleco (12cm) 2 Albino Bristlenose Catfish (3cm) and 2 Corydoras (3cm). I know I can't have this setup for much longer, and am wanting to buy another tank, and have a breeding tank for the Bristlenose.

I was thinking this setup.
1 2ft tank
- 5 or so Bristlenose
- L001

1 *ft tank
- L083 Pleco
- 2 Corydoras

What size tank should I get for the second tank?
I was thinking a 3 or 4ft?

Tell me your ideas! Thanks in advance!

4 foot. And im afraid to say that the 2 foot is way to small for a single specimen of either of those L numbers. sorry

Yeah I realise the 2ft would be too small, but I figure it would take years for the Pleco to grow to a much larger size, and figured I'd be upgrading again by then anyway.

My plan was to breed the Albino BN's in the 2ft along with the L001, until it grows to a larger size and then move the L001 or put it in the pond outside.

The L001 will grow pretty quickly given the right conditions, i would put him in the 3 or 4 ft for now with the L083 and put the corys in the 2ft.

I had to upgrade tanks 4 times in 2 years to accommodate my growing common plec which grows at a similar rate.

I might be getting a tank that measures 4ft long x 3ft high and 2ft wide.
Would this be sufficient? I'm sort of thinking twice because the tank is 3ft high, which is pretty unnecessary considering the Pleco are bottom dwellers. Any thoughts?
