Morning Peeps,

A question for you all if you please,

I currently have 2x adult zebras sitting in their own river reef 94 tank.

I am very close to getting, well ive ordered them:whistle:, to more or possible 4x.

I am thinking, if i can get it hidden somewhere, another tank for them- just a standard rectangular one. I am thinking a lower, longer tank would be better.

My question is how long, or short a tank can i get away with? Or what is the minimum as i believe they dont need a lot of space just lots of hidy holes?

Bear in mind i dont think i can get away with another 4fter!

regards

Paul

Thanks for that, can i ask what filtration you have on the 2 and 3 ft ones?

Do you have much light on them as well?

I did toy with not using lights.

I have a few spare Aquarays, have also toyed with using the new red Strip that they have launched.

Was considering the ehiem internals but was questioning whether it was enough.

May even look at getting a jewel tank with the internal filter( which ive had success with in the past, and add an extra internal. That way its all kept compact and out of the way.

I will put a small powerhead in there- in fact most of it is already in the existing tank.

i've got in my small 2x1x1 foot tank, 3 small zebs with possibly a forth on the way.

currently using an eheim biopower 160 and a fluval 205 on the tank. no lights, but was thinking of getting a small blue led as they seem to be pretty good for night viewing.

oh and lots of slate caves and slate tiles stacked up and one piece of bogwood.
