those Spirulina Algae Wafer Tablet i also orderd are a big hit with my bristlenoses

Is this the food that comes flake form but round disks? red on the outside and yellow in the middle like a fried egg? is this the stuff?

colour pro, its round disks but red on middle & brown outside.
