The fish is Arapaima "gigas". but there are some fairly meaty plecs in the rest of the thread on the link.

Thanks for that link Darrel that is just amazing, those arapaima are gorgeous, love them at least one bloke on MonsterFishKeepers has one that i know of, i was stuck for ages just looking at that pic just for the L095 sat at the front <3 (though the chap called it L091, nope afraid not)
