Treating fry with primafix?

So I have what looks to be a fungal infection that has popped up on a few fish in my community tank. Was going to treat with primafix but have around 100 krib fry < a week old in there. Will this hinder their chance of survival? Or should I just I try and move them to a grow out tank?
Thanks

I think because for the most part it is natural it should be fine, if you are concerned though you could take them out. Most meds you treat the tank not the fish (ml per water volume) so regardless of the fish it should be ok. Have you thought about using melafix as well, they ehance each others actions.

hope that helps

Thanks. That's what I was think but wanted to make sure before hand.
Will go grab some melafix tomorrow. Large Weekly change is due tomorrow so I'll hopefully it sorts out the problem.
Thanks again for the advice. Will keep you posted on results.
