just to add all my males are 12cm + and the females are 10 cm,
all males are caving and females are just hiding out around the driftwood.

Looks good, wait until the females look gravid and you might have one or more hanging about near the caves. When rain is coming, do a waterchange to try to pull that temp down to 26C. Adjust the heater to 28C and you should be goodo.

They will also need to settle down after moving from where they used to breed. I'm sure once they are all set they will begin again for you

I would up the amount of caves and feed on meaty food 2 or 3 times a week then a cool water change once a week about 30% or more

sounds good, were they in a 3ft before?
agree , whne one or more female is nicely rounded , drop temp, even better if strom
also drop tds if you can (eg rain or ro water )
only I would be a little wary of 4 males in 3 ft in case they fight - so just keep an eye on their behaviour. sometimes lost of males either fight or are so busy eyeing each other up that they do not breed.
good luck
