US meds for internal parasites?

right, so lost a few fish , now I see what may be the prob. One dwarf rainbow has poo,then clear,then poo hanging off her. So am I correct in assuming this is an internal parasite, and that all fish can be affected ? If so, i must treat entire tank. I don't feed worms, only flake and raw veggies,so must have come in with a fish:dk:
PLEASE, can someone tell me what med is safe to use and won't kill my filter biomedia ?
stats:
54g
2 HOB aquaclear 70's
gravel substrate (not deep, about an inch)
silk plants, wood, stones, slate -all boiled for tankworthy
2 L128's (one small, one almost 5'')
farlowella
10 harlequin raspbora
4 dwarf rainbow
2 diamond tetra
7 rummynose tetra(the newest fish)
wc's 10% daily, vacuum once a week
a-0
ni-o
na-10
ph-6.8-7
Phantoms tummys look fine, eating fine,atm. Just saw it from that one fish.
Please can someone recommend a med that is safe and can be found in US?
Jungle Lab is no longer available here . Would appreciate any info. Thanks,

Yeh praziquantel if you find it in a powder and mix it throught their favourite food will work better. Even give some epson salt a go as a later treatment that will clean them out.

thanks timmy, just wanna be sure it is safe for the filter biomedia. The blue phantoms are not showing signs yet ,but other fish are ,so I want to get on this quickly, appreciate the info.
