Usage of Wavemaker in 5ft tank

Hi All,

Am thinking about getting 128 or 200 for my 5ft tank. I have reasearched these and see they like very strong currents. Apart from internal powerhead and external filter, has anybody ever used the wave makers or tide makers they use in salt water tanks for water movement in their L tanks ? Any ideas ?

I have and still using in a 4' tank 2x 3000L/H POWER HEAD WAVE MAKER.

One at each end makes a good current not so that big splashes atall and not to strong. Fully ajustable in direction.

Wanted more movement without another filter.

Yup been using 2 now in the 6ft tank for a while.
On the 4ft I used 1. Could do with do but ones ok.
I even put one in the little 2 x 1ft tank on the zebs. They stay in their caves now instead of all over the tank freeloading lol.
