Im considering using a sump on my 120x60x45 tank but I cant/wont drill the tank. Does anybody have experience with this kind of setup or know where I can find an article about it?

You could use an overflow box or a DIY overflow pipe. PF had a DIY article by Andr3w or something that showed how to do the DIY one, I think I also found a similar design on another site at one time, I'll have to have a look.

EDIT: Google "diy overflow", came up with a lot of pics & sites.

These are a couple of websites I found in my favourites for when I was setting it up.

http://www.csd.net/~cgadd/aqua/overflow.htm

http://www.melevsreef.com/acrylics/overflow.html

http://www.fishlore.com/fishforum/diy-do-yourself/32148-diy-pvc-overflow-no-box-required.html

And I purchased one of these. At the time I just wanted to get the tank set up so I opted for a premade product rather than building one myself:

http://www.guppysaquariumproducts.com.au/protein-skimmer-overflow-box/overflow-box/overflow-box-flowrate-is-5000/prod_1139.html

I'll try and have the pics up tomoro. I have to go to work soon so I'll get them up as soon as I can.

There's not a whole lot of equipment. Just an overflow, a pump to match and pvc. I made my inlet into a 6ft spraybar. Who said I don't have enough oxygenation??
