What are the best veg for BN?

I'm about to try beans, having only given algae wafers so far. They dont appear to be eating the wafer though. The albino spends all her time on the back wall and the brown one is always on the driftwood.

Are green veggies the best? And is night time best for feeding?

Mine LOVE zucchini, I normally put some in for them about 10mins before lights out and remove any left overs in the mornning.....

I also find they favour Gourgette/Zucchini but they also go for sweet pepper

Zucchini hands down, although you can experiment with all sorts of fruit and veggies from list above

same here,, zucchini, skin on , but he eats the entire thing, also as mentioned above, green bell pepper , red bell pepper , de-shelled peas, yellow squash-- all these things dissappear by morning and he is the only plec in that tank! good luck

Mine love zucchini and pumpkin. I put in atnight before light out and pull wats left if any out

I just give them variety, even better if you grow any yourself then you know they have no insecticide on them.

My bristlenose love any veggie, except I have noticed my Ancistrus Traridatus only will eat Zucchini now, he won't even touch the Chayote squash that all my plecos seem to love.
