Just wondering the type so I can figure out how big he'll get. Or she. If anyone can tell the gender I'd like to know that too, but that's a secondary concern. It's fins seem to be striped, but body more dappled. I don't know much about plecos, so your help is appreciated. Thanks! (Please excuse the pre cleaning water.)

Can get anywhere from 12 inches up to 24 inches. They are hard to sex but it really doesn't matter, you need a mud pond in order to breed them.
