White stuff on L95 head

Hi guys,
I discovered some white stuff on my L95 head area and the poor fellow have been behaving erractically sometimes. Any kind soul can help to id what that is?
And the correct treatment if required.

White spot/ich? Is he breathing heavy?

yes it is breathint heavily and it will wiggled itself sometimes. do i have to treat the whole tank it is residing? its tank mates include 3 aros, tigrinuus, 3 other plecos.

I have heeded the advice from my LFS and transfered it out into a 2ft tub with old water.
Added protozin and a heater set at temp 30 deg cel. Full blast of air stone.

good luck, yes I would have treated with something so lets hope that sorts him.
