Worms & Cloudy Tank

Hi all,
I was cleaning the gravel in my L134 tank today & discovered about a dozen worms living in it. They look like earthworms but are more slender, pointy at each end & can swim fast. They were about 1.5-2" long. Just wondering if anyone know what they are & if they're harmful. I bought some anubis on logs from a lfs a few months ago so that may possibly be how they got there. The tank has been set up for about 4 months. Any advice appreciated.

Also with the above tank I have noticed the water is milky/cloudy. Ammonia level is 0, nitrate level is non detectable & the nitrate level is 10. I use the same filtration as I do in all 9 tanks I have. I did a 50% water change which lessened it a bit. I use the same water for all tanks. All tanks are furnished the same, slate caves & anubis. This tank is the only one showing cloudiness. Could it be the worms or are they just coincidental? Any suggestions? Thanks,
Bob

What colour are the worms?

Both the problems described could be a result of overfeeding and not removing uneaten food.

i doubt if that are harmful or you would know it by now, assuming all the fish are live and well.
you could consider treating with discus worm treatment to make sure there are no paracites inside the fish. this would also kill planaria and other small tank worms.
if you dont fancy chemicals, remove as many worms as you can find then add some tetra who will eat any baby worms.
